(NASDAQ: ENTA), a research and development-focused biotechnology company dedicated to creating small molecule drugs in the infectious disease field, today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 4,600,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share, which includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their over-allotment option to purchase up to 600,000 additional shares of common stock. Enanta Pharmaceuticals common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the trading symbol “ENTA”. All of the shares in the offering were offered by Enanta Pharmaceuticals.
